The shelf controller contains other components such as readers and writers, and has bookshelf antenna interface, power output, input interface, network interface, display controller interface, layer controller interface, etc., which are responsible for the work of bookshelf antenna, infrared equipment, layer indicator light and dot matrix display screen. The unit layer antenna is composed of antenna board, bookshelf backboard, indicator light and power divider, which must be equipped on each layer. The antenna board is divided into with side panels and without side panels according to its function and location, and whether it has infrared function or not.
The RFID library smart bookshelf antenna is a standard product. The depth of the antenna board is 210mm, the thickness is 15mm, and the height is 270mm, which determines the layer width, layer height and layer depth of the bookshelf. Based on the signal propagation principle of RFID technology, if the height of a single layer of a bookshelf is less than 290mm, it will not only affect the placement of books, but also affect the reading effect, resulting in cross-reading between the upper and lower shelves; if the distance between the two antenna boards is greater than 240mm, missed reading will occur, and if it is less than 150mm, interference between the antennas will occur; finally, the depth of the bookshelf, where the depth refers to the distance from the outermost end of the antenna to the antenna back plate, so the depth of the bookshelf should be less than or equal to 225mm.
The RFID library smart bookshelf antenna board is also divided into models like other products, named SSL2X-AXX-X, which respectively represents SSL2 as the second-generation bookshelf antenna board, the first X can be written as A with infrared antenna board, B middle antenna board; AXX's A represents the fixed position, the first X refers to the number of unit layer antenna boards, which consists of 3-5, the second X refers to the color of the appearance, which is divided into W white and G gray; the last X refers to the antenna boards on both sides, which have IR with infrared module and I with shielding side panels.
